Rules and Eligibility Contest officially begins April 1, 2010. Once families receive enrollment kits, families will be required to: Send copies of their 2009 April, May and June bills to establish benchmarks. Document online (pictures/video clips) their family retrofitting their homes with light bulbs, changing weather stripping, wrapping water heaters, etc.. Submit electronic copies of their monthly utility bill and mail hard copy. Complete 3 video logs and 3 blogs (April, May and June-around time of receipt of monthly electric bill). Contest officially ends June 30, 2009. Copies of all electric bills must be received July 31, 2010. Winners will be announced September 1, 2009. Online participation is a requirement. Promotion entry constitutes permission for ACS to use contestants’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where otherwise prohibited by law. Disqualification Families may be disqualified for submitting copies of fraudulent bills.
